Sales Account Executive - Signage

Salary - £72,000 per annum (Bonus Inclusive £54,000 basic salary, £18,000 bonus)

My client are looking for a Sales Account Executive - Signage to join their team, who will support digital print business with traffic signs manufacturers across the EMEA region for Commercial Branding & Transportation Division.

Your responsibilities in the role

• Execute priority programs within the defined area.
• Own customer strategy and commercial terms to some customers in the Area.
• Influence customer strategy and commercial terms to some customers in the Area.
• Drive excellence in sales execution implementing strategic direction and target customer
• plans across the Area, focusing on sales growth.
• Coach/train/develop/motivate the sales team.
• Close interaction with the team of our OEM printer partner.
• New system sales and new customer acquisition; New system sales to existing customers.
• Understand customer processes and pain points, while providing solutions and
• technologies to address them (together with Application Engineering and OEM printer
• partner teams)
• Provides input/VOC on portfolio to Area Portfolio Leader
• Provides demand input to Integrated Business Planning
• Partners with Activation Marketing to develop strategic customer relationship approaches
• and amplify the voice of the customer to the organization.
• Provides input to APL to determine pricing strategies.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's/Apprenticeship degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Proven track record of sales functions with some technical background.
• Experience from "system selling" models is desired.
• Ability to motivate, train and influence sales professional not directly reporting.
• Remote Communication Skills.
• Complex environment experience, ideally multi-country
