A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Thetford working as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. The role is available on a part-time basis, with our clients flexible on a working pattern. This role will suit someone with a good knowledge of the Thetford area who has a background in the Property sector.  

Working hours:

• Part-time
• 20-30 hours per week including Saturday rota

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator role will be offered:

• Basic salary £12,000 - £18,000
• Mileage expenses 

To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience within a property-related role
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Driving licence

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Booking Valuations, Mortgage Appointments and Viewings
• Carrying out viewings
• Dealing with offers
• Registering applicants
