We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join their supportive team. This role provides a unique opportunity to deliver tailored insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Securing new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with your clients to support overall company growth.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that client needs are met through timely renewals, policy updates, and addressing any concerns with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Utilizing your passion for business development to identify and respond to client needs, enhancing both your own success and the company’s presence in the market.
  • Actively seeking out new business prospects, leveraging your curiosity and tenacity to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Taking a consultative approach by actively listening to clients, asking the right questions, and providing tailored solutions that drive successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and report on performance, all while contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance.

  • Strong client management and communication skills.

  • Career-driven with a professional attitude.

  • Familiarity with the Acturis broking system is advantageous but not essential.

The Offer:

  • Salary: upto £35,000 per annum plus a highly attractive bonus structure.

  • 20 days holiday plus the entire Christmas week (total of 5 weeks paid leave), with additional holidays based on service length.
