utilisingur leading clients is looking for a dynamic, experienced Commercial Pricing Manager with strong experienced in Facilities Management to join their team!Job Title: Commercial Pricing Manager - Client SolutionsLocation: UK & EuropeReports to: Client Solutions Director, UK & EuropeJob Overview:The Commercial Pricing Manager - Client Solutions will oversee extensive tender opportunities ranging from £2m to £10m. This role involves developing high-quality commercial solutions, ensuring adherence to bid processes, and leading tender pricing. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering or mechanical/electrical background and be prepared to travel for site visits, tender meetings, and client presentations.Key Responsibilities:Proposal Pricing:Manage all estimating processes to deliver accurate submissions post-tender settlement.Lead and support the pricing of client tender enquiries, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods.Prepare competitive tender offers in line with SFG20, DLM, or client-specific requirements and building asset information.Complete Forms of Tender, cost books, and contract sum analyses as needed.Ensure timely completion of pricing proposals and proformas for review stages.Oversee quality assurance of commercial proposals prepared by the Estimator - Client Solutions, ensuring compliance with company standards.Pricing Strategy:Continuously review and improve BGIS pricing models and procedures for efficiency and innovation.Stay informed on industry best practices to ensure bid compilation tools and solutions are up-to-date and effective.Ensure adherence to bid management protocols, including periodic reviews.Collaborate with colleagues across Operations, Professional Services, and SMEs, as well as external suppliers, to submit optimal bids.Attend and contribute to kick-off and pricing meetings.Tender Support:Conduct site visits to verify asset information provided in tender documentation.Work with stakeholders to identify and develop win themes for each opportunity.Review tender information thoroughly, highlighting any risk areas.Analyse tender returns received during the tender process.Monitor, evaluate, and enhance existing bid activities and processes for continuous improvement.Supplier Engagement:Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing Manager to promote the use of Avetta-registered Strategic Partners for new and existing contracts.Procure specialist subcontractors with the Strategic Sourcing Manager to ensure compliance with client requirements, competitiveness, and value for money.Qualifications and Experience:Extensive knowledge and experience in pricing and estimating mechanical and electrical maintenance contracts.Desirable knowledge in soft services, though not essential.Proficient understanding of SFG20, labour loading, and asset verification.Minimum of 5 years of experience in hard FM or a similar industry.Skills:Strong analytical and numerical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficient in relevant software and tools for bid compilation and pricing.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel for site visits, tender meetings, and client presentations as necessary.Engineering or mechanical/electrical background preferredIf this fantastic opportunity sounds like YOU - do not hesitate and click APPLY today!!!Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
