About the Role
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in leading estimates for civil engineering works, ensuring competitive, accurate, and high-quality tender submissions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to the development of bid strategies, and help secure a pipeline of work across sectors such as water, transport, energy, and the built environment.

As a Senior Estimator, you will lead and develop tenders for civil engineering projects while managing and mentoring junior estimators. You will identify risks and opportunities in the tender process and develop strategies to address them. Collaborating with business units, bid managers, and planners, you will define project methodologies and cost structures. You will prepare and present tenders at adjudication meetings, ensuring key assumptions are documented. Post-contract award, you will support site teams with estimating decisions and liaise with clients and supply chain partners to ensure competitive pricing and successful tender delivery.

About You
Experience in civil engineering and water sector projects with a track record of working on tenders up to £50m with knowledge of wastewater, rail, or tunnelling projects
