Salary - £25,000, OTE £45,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance

Full licence and own car required

Hours: 5-day week - Monday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm

Our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 2 year's experience to join their team based in Surrey Quays. Priding themselves on 5-star reviews and customer relations, making them the go to agent in the area. Typically, this role will involve:

* Dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings

* Building relationships with Landlords and tenants

* Conducting viewings

* Keeping tenants and landlords constantly updated

* Handling negotiations and queries

Candidates must be:

* Confident and outgoing

* Proven track record in a sales environment

* Punctual and well presented.

* Motivated and target driven.

* Excellent communication skills/ Articulate.

* Full UK Driving Licence
