Frontline Recruitment Derby Ltd are working in partnership with their client based 25 mins from Derby City Centre, easily reached from Derby, Nottingham, Ilkeston, Ambergate areas of Derby.

We are hiring a mechanical maintenance engineer with a focus on mechanical systems and basic electrical knowledge.

· At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment

· Valid driver's license and own transportation

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

Maintenance and repairs on filling and packaging machines, RO water systems, conveyors, and basic building maintenance within a pharmaceutical environment.

Independently manage tasks, including keeping the workshop clean, ordering necessary parts, and completing monthly maintenance tasks.

Update Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) forms and conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.

Report directly to the Plant and Production Manager on-site, with additional reporting to the Maintenance Manager at a sister site so the ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license to travel between manufacturing sites from Derbyshire to Leicestershire, although majority of your duties will be at the Derbyshire site.

Pay: Circa £32,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year
