About the role of Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with 2 Commercial Managers on the internal and external refurbishment and fire remedial of their social housing project. This will include kitchens, bathrooms, cladding and roofing. The role will be based in Camden with 1-2 days at the office located in Borehamwood.

Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:

Agree on subcontractor valuation and payments
Managing costs and ensuring that targets are met by managing and controlling the budgets and valuations
Liaising and preparing for meetings with your team through writing reports
