Our client are looking for an experienced receptionist with exceptional customer service skills, a professional and friendly manner who takes pride in high standards, to join their expanding team in Haywards Heath in their high end offices.
Working hours are 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday. They might consider 4 full days too.
£25000 per annum which will increase with training - there is the potential to earn in excess of £30000 over time. Excellent benefits including Pension, 28 days A/L inc Bank Holidays, Additional leave, paid company socials etc
This is a very demanding role and you will be required to manage a busy reception area, appointment books and diaries, answer the telephones and respond to detailed enquiries and liaise with wider teams. You will need to be self-organised, reliable and a strong team player with a friendly and approachable manner.
You will need to be confident using computers and Microsoft office, teamed with a professional approach and desire to work with a successful, forward thinking company we would be interested to hear from you.
