Maintenance Technician

Location - Mayfair

Salary - £30,000-£35,000

One Property Recruitment, a recruitment specialist, are working on an exclusive search for a Maintenance Technician to join with our client based in Mayfair.

About the Client

My client offers property management services to freeholders, residents management companies, right to manage companies, developers, and investors. They are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team in Mayfair. My client offers a generous salary with a discretionary bonus. My client will provide you with all the training and tools needed.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician you will be reporting directly to the Line Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance of a new build residential building. You will be working directly to the maintenance operative on site. This role is site-based Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct general site maintenance

* Repair, maintain and replace all electrical and plumbing fixtures, fittings, décor and general appliances

* Carry out regular inspections

* Ensures that all defects reported by residents and staff are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

* Deal with and assist contractors and suppliers

* Ensure all stock, tools and materials are stored safely.

* Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and policies are respected and implemented

* Basic electrical and plumbing tasks

Required:

* Fluent in English

* Previous experience in a similar role within hotels or residential developments

* Preferably new build experience

* Self-directed and able to work under pressure

* Committed to delivering a high level of service with a warm and friendly approach.

* Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
