Position: Electrical Supervisor - Working Supervisor (x2)

Salary: £50,000-£53,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview:
Workman LLP is seeking two skilled Electrical Supervisors to join our team, stepping in as working supervisors with an electrical bias. These roles offer a progression path toward Assistant Contract Manager and provide an excellent opportunity to oversee operations in prime London locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support one engineer and oversee contractors.

* Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

* Track Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and manage reactive tasks.

* Participate in shutdowns, including high-voltage systems (if qualified).

* Perform Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) building maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar electrical supervisory role.

* Strong understanding of M&E building maintenance.

* HV qualification is advantageous.

* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
