Priority Recruitment are pleased to present this exciting opportunity to join a well-established company as a Business Development Administrator, based in their Liverpool City Centre office.

This is a fantastic full-time position offering a genuine long-term career path with full training provided - including the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification (if not already obtained).

You'll be joining a friendly and supportive Client Services team, working across a mix of admin, client support, and proactive business development. Whether you're chatting with new clients, solving problems, or spotting new opportunities - you'll be helping drive real results.

The Role:

Handle incoming client queries via phone and email, explaining services clearly and professionally
Support existing clients, problem-solving where needed and keeping them updated on progress
Create detailed reports using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools
Conduct desk-based research to identify potential new clients
Work closely with field-based Client Services staff and support larger client accounts
Grow your own mini-portfolio of clients from the Liverpool office
Stay up to speed with industry developments and regulations 

The Ideal Candidate:

Great communicator, both written and verbal
Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
A team player who takes pride in doing a good job
Personable, professional, and trustworthy
Previous admin or client service experience is helpful, but not essential - full training is provided
Must be able to reliably commute to central Liverpool
