Senior Employment Solicitor - No KPI's - Future Partnership - Quality WorkFantastic opportunity for a Senior Employment Solicitor / FCILEX to join this boutique Commercial firm based in Lancashire. You will be fronting a Legal 500 listed department and will be dealing with top quality work on behalf of blue chip clients and household companies. ? Hybrid Working ? Quality Client Base? Leadership Role? No Billings / KPI TargetsYou will ideally be a Solicitor with at least 8 Years' PQE+ and have experience of providing respondent employment law advice. Whilst the department is only small in terms of headcount, they have a tremendous reputation and a strong client base. Ideally you will have gained good experience of working on quality employment law matters at a strong city or regional firm. The opportunity for Partnership will be available for the right candidate. The team deal with both contentious and non-contentious work and are forging a reputation for servicing large clients and providing an outstanding quality of work. The role will be dealing with mostly respondent work (with a small amount of quality claimant work) advising an impressive range of regional and national clients, and some individuals. You will be dealing with a wide range of employment matters including review of contracts and policies and procedures, advising on termination of employment, advising and drafting on settlement agreements, providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, and representation during employment tribunal cases.This firm have focus on providing client care and so they therefore deliver fantastic results for their clients as well as being able to find commercial solutions in the shortest possible timescale.
