Senior Calibration Engineer - Join the World of High-Performance Engines!

Arden White is seeking a Senior Calibration Engineer to join our clients Engineering team and work on cutting-edge, high-performance engine development. You'll play a pivotal role in engine and vehicle calibration for some of the most advanced engines in the world, including performance, emissions, and low-volume production programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage engine and vehicle calibration programmes, including emissions, performance, and low-volume production.

* Oversee a team of engineers, ensuring programmes are delivered on time and within budget.

* Conduct on-site test bed activities in Northampton and support UK-based vehicle calibration.

* Lead overseas testing and validation trips (Europe & US).

* Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and relevant legislation.

* Mentor junior colleagues and support their development.

Candidate Profile:

* Experience and passion for high-performance gasoline engine calibration.

* Specialism in emissions and OBD, with Gasoline Particulate Filter experience highly desirable.

* Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.

* Strong understanding of global legislative requirements.

* Excellent communication skills for both technical and managerial discussions.

* Proven experience delivering gasoline calibration programmes to production.
