Our client, a leading high-end residential main contractor are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinating with in-house engineers and external suppliers to deliver first-class service. You'll respond to urgent requests, manage planned maintenance schedules, and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, all while keeping impeccable records.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the primary contact for maintenance queries, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Conduct routine inspections, identify issues, and resolve them promptly.
Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Keep maintenance records updated using software (e.g., Joblogic).
Be “on call” every second weekend (additional remuneration provided).
What We're Looking For:

Experience in property maintenance, ideally within high-end residential projects.
Basic understanding of M&E systems is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Valid UK driving license (company van provided).
