Salary: £11.44 per hour

Our client based in Sittingbourne is looking to recruit temporary Customer Planners to join them commencing work immediately temporary ongoing, with the possibility of temporary to permanent employment.

The hours of work while training will initially be 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will then move to rotational pattern working 8 ½ hour shifts between 7am and 7pm, (7am to 3:30pm, 8am to 4:30pm, 9am to 5:30pm etc).

Although you will initially be working only Monday to Friday, there may be a requirement to work weekends on a rota basis, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4:30pm with two days off in the week.

The hourly payrate will be £11.44 per hour.

You will be there for every customer, offering support, help and guidance, and dealing with our customer’s query in a friendly empathetic way to find the quickest solution you can.

You’ll be the customer’s first point of contact dealing with a wide range of queries from booking breakdowns and annual services to talking through products and services with new customers and everything in-between.

You’ll have to think on your feet to find solutions to a wide range of customer problems. It’s a fast-paced demanding role dealing with often vulnerable customers, the client is looking for staff who can handle the pressure and still give the amazing service the customers deserve.

The client require staff who will embrace and are excited by change, staff who know their way around a computer, quick learners with a high degree of speed and accuracy.

  • Communications: Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external staff, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Customer focus: Able to put the customer at the centre of all activities.
  • Contribute to team success: Place the team ahead of the individual and work effectively as a collaborative partner within the group.

  • Managing work and time utilisation: Effective management of own routine tasks and activities and ensure time is used effectively.
