We are seeking a Key Stage 1 TA to join a thriving primary school in Islington and provide targeted booster and intervention support for pupils who need extra guidance in their learning journey.

About the Role:

• Supporting Key Stage 1 students in small groups and one-to-one settings.

• Delivering boosters and interventions in literacy and numeracy.

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning.

• Helping children develop confidence and independence in their studies.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.

• Knowledge of booster and intervention strategies for Key Stage 1 pupils.

• A patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting learning.

• The ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff.

• A commitment to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
