The CAM Academy Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated 'Trust Director of Maths (Secondary)' to lead and enhance the mathematics departments across our four secondary schools located in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Huntingdon. This pivotal role requires traveling to all sites and includes a teaching commitment at one of the schools for an initial period.

As the 'Trust Director of Maths (Secondary)', you will play a crucial role in implementing and promoting a mastery approach to mathematics education across our schools. Our Trust has a strong reputation for excellence, with Good and Outstanding provisions recognised by Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the mathematics departments across four secondary schools.

- Travel regularly between schools to provide hands-on support and guidance.

- Teach mathematics at one of the schools for an initial period.

- Implement and champion the mastery approach to mathematics education.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in leading and managing mathematics departments.

- Strong commitment to the mastery approach in mathematics education.

- Willingness to travel between schools within the Trust.
