This Deputy Manager role offers a competitive salary of up to £37,000, along with a £1000 signing-on fee. You'll also benefit from a personalised development plan to promote internal progression and opportunities to complete diplomas in Residential Childcare.

As a Deputy Manager, you'll have various responsibilities including:

Autonomy for your own home
Managing and developing your staff team, placement requests, and rotas
Leading a team on a day-to-day basis
Making decisions in line with policy and procedures
Ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date
Promoting therapeutic practice within the home
Being a positive role model for the children

Experience as a Senior Residential Support Worker or Deputy Manager in a children's residential home
Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Care
UK Driving Licence (willing to commute)
(Preferred) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential CareIf you have experience or interest in roles such as Senior Residential Support Worker, Children's Home Manager, Residential Childcare Worker, Care Home Supervisor, or Residential Care Manager, you might find this Deputy Manager position particularly appealing.
