The Role

As a QA Manager, you will:

* Lead the quality assurance team to perform routine inspections, audits, and assessments across production processes.

* Coordinate with external bodies, including regulatory authorities and customers, to ensure compliance.

The Candidate

The successful QA Manager will have:

* Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the food manufacturing industry.

* A deep understanding of food safety standards (e.g., BRC, HACCP, ISO).

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
