Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator, supporting resident satisfaction at two premier London developments reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you'll provide a seamless resident experience in collaboration with developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary contact for residents, managing move-ins and addressing queries.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and support resident onboarding.
- Document interactions using CRM software.
Ideal Candidates
- 1+ year in Customer Experience in new residential buildings.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills (MS Office, CRM).
- Calm, proactive, and able to work independently.
