Electrical Shift Engineer - London, Mayfair

Temp to Perm - Immediate engineers wanted to start on a temporary to permenant basis.

The salary is between £45K -£48K (includes OOH on call rota). M-S (including BH) (Apply online only)hrs (4-4-6 shift pattern), 20 days annual leave.
 
We are looking for strong engineers who have proactive drive to support the shift and supervisor (especially in the absence of the supervisor). Has knowledge of SMART buildings and is multi-skilled but electrical qualified.

Qualifications &Technical skills
·       C&G Level 3 Electrical engineering qualified (multi-skilled capability)
·       17th or 18th Edition
·       IOSH Managing Safely awareness qualified
·       Desire to become LV AP on site
·       First Aid at Work qualified
 
Experience & knowledge
·       Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair within a SMART building services environment.
·       Preferred experience in working with and meeting contract KPIs' / SLA's.
·       Good working experience and IT literate with strong skills in using MS Office suite, CAFM / IT systems.
·       Experience in leading engineering teams efficiently and effectively.
·       Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
·       Experience of working within a client facing environment.
·       Customer focused with a proactive, 'can do' attitude.
·       Smartness in appearance and punctuality.
·       Detail orientated, numerate and accurate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·       Convey and display the Company core values of respect, trust, communication, care and commitment.
