TEESSIDE / NORTH YORKSHIRE (Ref 670) 12 - 18 months, possibly permanent

£46k + £3k car allowance, Hybrid working with potential of condensed hours

The HR project Manager is a new role which will drive and generate positive outcomes for workforce related projects to be delivered within the company’s strategic vision. With an ambitious strategy that includes increasing the regional footprint, digital transformation and developing colleagues, the range of opportunity is wide ranging.

Fundamentally the role includes:

  • Organisational design
  • Re-organisation
  • Restructures
  • Consultations
  • Terms & conditions reviews and improvements
  • Working with internal comms team to ensure effective delivery of information
  • Produce project proposals that are evidence based, operationally effective, value for money
  • Support Head of People & OD in the definition and development of project scopes and objectives
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, managing changes to scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders, modelling a collaborative and influencing style of working, negotiating to achieve the best outcomes in project delivery

Experience required:

  • Experience in managing change programs related to workforce transformation
  • Relevant project management experience within HR function, with demonstrable experience or relevant CIPD qualification
  • Equivalent knowledge and/or experience of managing projects within a people function that delivers change programs
  • Ability to quickly connect and develop working relationships with project stakeholders, including leaders and external partners
  • Articulate communication style which engages numerous stakeholder groups.
  • Capability to manage the challenges of project development and delivery within competing perspectives and priorities
