Current vacancy for a housing provider to join as a Development Officer.
This is a newly created position and will be reporting to the Head of Development.
Key duties will include,
* To ensure all development files up to date in line with Homes England requirements.
* Quality inspections / audits of sites.
* Budget management including process invoices, sign off accounts manage cash flow.
* Use of development software.
* Provide support during the handover process including attending handover.
* Attend Pre-Tenancy Workshop's and sign-up meetings with prospective tenants.
* Manage media activity around development sites.
* Manage and record accurate documents / records to industry standard.
* Manage defect queries.
* Work as part of wider department and organisation to provide all round excellent customer experience
