A successful business based in Medway is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join them on a 12-month maternity contract.  This role is office based and works in a busy and supportive finance team.  Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and Head of Finance the Assistant Management Accountant will@:

Duties of the Assistant Management Accountant Role:

• Assist in the production of monthly/quarterly management accounts
•  Perform balance sheet reconcilations
• Engage in ad-hoc financial reporting duties

Requirements of the Assistant Management Accountant Role:

• Previous experience working in a management accounts focussed role
• Good double-entry bookkeeping knowledge
• Strong MS Excel skills
