Reporting directly into the Founders, You will join an independent agency supporting clients globally. Including UK, US, SA. The agency is recognised as Google Premier Partners for 2024, placing the agency in the top 3% of agencies in Europe. They have expanded their product offering and now offer SEO, CRO and Web Development in addition to their core offering of paid media.

They are looking for their first Project Manager to support the business with two key areas:

• Client Services
• Project Management

Responsibilities:

• Be the key point of contact for all projects encompassing a range of digital disciplines including SEO, CRO, Web Development and Paid Digital marketing for Clients and 3rd party partners & Vendors
• Managing multiple workflows, trackers and communications for all projects at once
• Tracking resource and profitability across key projects
• Developing and implementing Project Management processes across the agency
• Leading daily and weekly project management meetings and leading client services process
• Communicate updates clearly and regularly to key client and internal stakeholders

Experience Needed:

• 5+ years' experience
• Proven track record in managing projects of varying sizes and complexities across SEO or Web Development or Paid media
• Experience with Asana or equivalent software
• Previous experience in planning/buying/activation background at a Media Agency prior to project management work preferred
• Global projects
