Mitchell Adam currently have the pleasure of assisting our highly commercial services client based in Dudley. The business has gone through a period of transition via acquisition and is looking for dedicated and hands on Management Accountants to join their bustling department. As the business jumps from strength to strength, you will be flying yourself, getting incredible exposure working directly with a qualified Financial Accountant to work on behalf of your entity.

The successful candidate for this role will be an adaptable, motivated and experienced Management Accountant, ready to take a step into a fast-paced department. Day to day you will be compiling data in order to prepare accurate management accountants packs, and present your commentaries to senior internal stakeholders. A big personality will help you in the position as you work with a wide range of non-financial stakeholders too when delivering budgets and forecasts.

Skills needed

• Previous experience in the assistance of preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Prior exposure presenting the management information pack internally.
• Be a confident and personable individual that thrives in building relationships with stakeholders from all walks of life.
• Be looking for a challenging and fast paced role, where you will be able to put your own stamp on processes and define new procedures.
