ROLE: Supervisor
AREA: Newport, Shropshire TF11
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
4 on 4 off Permeant Days 12 hour shifts (Overtime available)
START DATE / DURATION: IMMEDIATE START /PERM
WAGE/ SALARY:
£30,230
Can negotiate based on experience

Duties include:
• Managing 30-40 production staff
• Working to KPI's in terms of productivity
• Maintaining good output whilst reducing waste
• Quality checks of products
• Paper work
• Label checks / dates and products
• Ensuring people are motivated and in the correct spaces on the lines
• Setting labeller
• General housekeeping
