AV Technical Support Desk

£25,000 - £35,000 plus bonus, unlimited holiday (after probation), pension and other benefits

Full time permanent role Monday to Friday

This role could suit someone who has a technical background or interest and is good with people, problem solving and technical issues.

You may have a background in AV Events, hands on experience working with Audio Systems, Lighting, Control Panels, LED Walls or installation of technical equipment.

Duties:

• Dealing with incoming technical enquiries that can range from connection issues within LED Screens, Audio Systems, Control Systems or Network Faults
• Providing the support the customer needs remotely
• Assisting in the equipment storage depot where needed carrying out stock inventory, maintenance of AV equipment, preparing items for the onsite AV team
• There may be occasions where you travel with the onsite AV team to work on client site assisting them with the projects
