We are looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer ​​​​​who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Demonstrating your understanding of all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry.
* Painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
* This will involve answering queries, reporting any defects.
* Keeping the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
* You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
* Keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work
To be successful for this Mobile Fabric Engineer ​​​​​​ role you must have:
* Full current driving licence, be IT literate, confident using a mobile device.
* Have good verbal and written communication skills.
* The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
* Desirably, you will have working knowledge of Health & Safety and capability to perform
