We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a successful private property portfolio business in North London. This is a dynamic and varied role within a fast-paced yet friendly and flexible office environment.
As well as providing PA support, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in multiple areas of the business, working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing PA support to the Managing Director
• Handling communications with tenants, suppliers, banks, and other stakeholders
• Managing spreadsheets and records (strong Excel skills required)
• Assisting with processes on Sage 50 (training can be provided)
• Supporting various ad-hoc business tasks as needed
• Bank Reconciliations
• Some finance duties
About You
• Super organized with strong attention to detail
• A team player who thrives in a commercial environment
• Confident communicating with a wide range of people
• Comfortable handling tasks proactively and problem-solving on the go
• Strong Excel skills (essential) and experience with Sage 50 (desirable but not required)
• Flexible and willing to learn—property experience is not essential
