Assistant Property Manager duties

• Assisting Property Managers with progressing actions arising from Health and Safety, Fire Risk, Asbestos assessments and other similar reports
• Assisting with re-tendering contracts
• Monitoring mailboxes and dealing with queries
• Obtaining quotations for works
• Management of a small portfolio
• Assisting with site visits to properties
