About the role: Reception Teacher: We're seeking a passionate and committed Reception Teacher to join a wonderful school in Brent. You'll be teaching in newly renovated early years classrooms with modern facilities and excellent resources. You will have the support of a dedicated Teaching Assistant and a strong team of educators. This role is perfect for experienced teachers or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking for a supportive and collaborative environment to thrive.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Early Years (Reception preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A passion for working with young children and developing their early learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Work collaboratively with the TA and other staff to support student progress.
• Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and staff.
• Monitor and track student development, ensuring individual learning goals are met.
