This role is all about ensuring the seamless delivery of full management services for a specified building. You'll be the go-to person for both the Client and Tenants, ensuring everyone's needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:
✅ Ensuring overall compliance of the building
✅ Property inspections and crafting detailed reports
✅ Managing budgets and client accounts
✅ Overseeing building insurance
✅ Leading client meetings
✅ Handling correspondence and administration
✅ Addressing breaches of the lease
✅ Engaging and managing contractors
✅ Resolving complaints promptly
✅ Team management and development
