This role also offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic brow bar team while reporting directly to senior management. You will play a key part in driving sales, maintaining high service standards, and managing the salon's financial performance.Hours:- Full-time, permanent position - 40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days on a shift rota, with some flexibility required Mon - Fri 9am -6pmSun 11am - 5pmKey Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring high standards in guest service, hygiene, and safety - Act as the first point of contact for both staff and clients - Treatment delivery as required- Drive sales and maximise profitability by managing expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities - Supervise, train, and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance - Oversee recruitment, staff scheduling, and ensure adequate staffing levels - Handle administrative duties, including maintaining stock levels and generating performance reports - Lead team meetings, address issues, and communicate important updates Requirements: - Proven track record in team development and delivering training - Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy???????- Confident, professional, and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills - At least 2 years of experience in beauty therapy and salon managementIf you are self-driven, customer-focused, and eager to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
