Our projects range from gathering user insights to designing compelling digital experiences, deployed across multiple channels (mobile, tablet, web) and supported by enterprise-level integrations. We work across digital, cloud, and traditional client ecosystems.

We are seeking experienced Programme Managers with a proven track record in leading complex digital transformation programmes, as well as Project Managers who can drive innovative enterprise projects both domestically and globally. In this role, you will oversee delivery assignments with a focus on profitability and operational excellence.

Your Role:

As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will provide delivery expertise and consultancy to clients across various sectors. Your assignments will vary in size, complexity, and geography, ranging from small team deliveries to multi-site, multi-country programmes. You'll lead diverse teams, including in-house staff, clients, and third-party contractors, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Shaping, defining, and delivering end-to-end engagements
• Budget and financial management
• Ensuring security compliance and risk management
• Contract and commercial oversight
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to enable future sales opportunities

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial acumen and experience working within a client-facing delivery framework
• Recognized programme/project management or agile certifications (e.g., MSP, PMP, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience managing complex projects using agile methodologies across distributed teams and multiple stakeholder groups
• Expertise in programme estimation, sizing, and tracking using agile frameworks
• Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies and a passion for driving agile practices
• Strong leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
