Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Field-Based - London, UK
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, 07:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose:
Provide excellent after-sales support and technical assistance for service projects across various customer locations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Perform servicing, repairs, and inspections on company products at customer sites.

* Provide operator and trainer training as requested.

* Ensure high standards of service, communication, and technical support are maintained.

* Adhere to job schedules and deadlines to meet customer needs.

Experience and Skills:

* Experience in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery or similar equipment.

* Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to manage service tasks independently.

* Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and work from technical schematics.

This position involves travel across the UK, and candidates must be adaptable and proactive in their approach to work
