Our client operates a large factory employing over 700 people and continues to expand across the UK. We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Operatives to join their dynamic team.

Your Role as a Manufacturing Operative:
As a key member of the factory team, you will be involved in:

* Operating machinery to produce high-quality automotive parts.

* Testing cooling systems for off-highway vehicles.

* Assembling oil coolers for tractors.

* Building and assembling modules.

* Handling heavy-duty industrial equipment.

* Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and customer timelines.

* Adhering to health and safety regulations.

* Following detailed plans and manufacturing processes.

Full training will be provided to help you excel in your role.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals with the following skills and experience:

* Previous experience in a production or assembly environment.

* Familiarity with machine operations and factory settings.

* Ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy loads.

* Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and timekeeping.

* Good communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English.

* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well within a team.

* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Shift Patterns:
Weekly alternating shifts:

Week 1:

Monday - Thursday: 6am - 2pm, Friday: 6am - 11am

Week 2:

Monday - Thursday: 2pm - 10pm, Friday: 11am - 4pm

Pay Rate:

Weekly Alternating Shifts:

Starting at £12.55 per hour (during probation), rising to £12.83 after 12 weeks.
