Description

Coordinate HR policies and procedures.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Perform job evaluations and job analyses.
Identify and implement training needs for departments and individual executive coaching needs.
Conduct and manage the recruitment process for new employees.
Implement and manage the annual performance review process.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Fluent in Romanian is essential
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
