An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award winning London based law firm. Due to ongoing success, there is an urgent for a paralegal to join the well respected commercial property department. The successful candidate will be required to attend the London office and manage their own caseload with accuracy and a highly efficient level of time management.

Daily duties will include assisting team on a wide variety of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, leasing, asset management, title matters and due diligence. You will be required to prepare contract packs to include obtaining documents from Land Registry, drafting CPSE and gathering together the appropriate documents from the client. Further duties will include assisting with the initial stages of drafting documents as well as preparing and swearing statutory notices and declarations.

Applicants will have completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained previous paralegal experience within a commercial property team, you will also possess a keen interest in developing a career in this field. A professional and proactive work ethic is essential coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
