In this dynamic role, you will work closely with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, offering tailored support to help them overcome barriers to learning. Your focus will be on assisting students 1:1 or in small groups, fostering their confidence, and creating a nurturing learning environment.

• Hold relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., Level 3 TA, HLTA, or equivalent).
