Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Blackfriars  - £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial site based in Blackfriars, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00Key duties & Responsibilities

Monitor mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
Monitor the BMS systems.
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
General building fabric
Escort specialist subcontractorsRequirements

Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
