Are you currently working on design management for a large building contractor?

One of the top 10 construction businesses in Canada is looking to the UK to hire experienced talent to join their team in Toronto (we also have live design management roles in Winnipeg and Halifax).

A tier 1 contractor, working on projects of c£35m to £200m+, they've been around for over 100 years and are regarded as one of the top employers in Canada, having been recognised by some of the top awards/business press.

As Design Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controling and evaluating construction design projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.

You'll need experience on a range of commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects, valued at a minimum of £40m+.

The way that projects in Canada are structured is a little different to what you'll have experienced in Scotland/the UK, but we've been recruiting in Canada for over 15 years and can walk you through this in detail.
