Description

You will be working as part of a small finance team of 3 and will be reporting into the Finance Manager. This is a varied role that will progress and develop overtime. You do not need experience of all the below duties to apply, as training and support will be provided by the Finance Manager. Once you have received all the necessary training, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Processing multi currency purchase invoices, handling queries and reconciling supplier payments
Processing end of day sales and revenue reports
Reconciling bank statements
Maintaining and reconciling petty cash records
Posting accruals and prepayments
Maintaining the fixed asset register
Posting and reconciling credit card expense payments
Supporting with producing the wages for employees
Supporting with producing financial statements (including trial balance and P&L)
Supporting with budget setting and analysis
Producing VAT returns
Balance sheet reconciliations
Intercompany reconciliations
Driving process improvements Profile

A salary between £28,000 and £33,000 (dependent upon experience)
