Working closely with our Operations Director to oversee day-to-day activities
Monitoring and improving operational performance metrics
Supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to preparing them for interviews
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Ensuring seamless communication and workflow across the business
Stepping in to cover any role within the company as needed
Running training sessions to elevate team skills and knowledge
Going the extra mile to keep our operations running smoothly-flexibility with working hours is a must!

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
