Job Title: Production Operative - Night Shift

Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire

The Role:

* Monitor various production machinery.

* Ensure product quality and safety standards are upheld.

* Maintain housekeeping standards.

* Cover breaks and deputise for line supervisors and operators as required.

* Minimise wastage of components.

The Person:

* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

* Previous manufacturing experience.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently.

* Competent with paperwork systems and basic mathematics.

* Attention to detail in repetitive tasks.

* Counterbalance forklift experience is advantageous.

Hours of Work:

* Sunday: 10:45pm - 6:15am

* Monday to Thursday: 9:45pm - 6:15am

Salary: £24,000 + 30% shift allowance (£31,200)
