Your Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied real estate and commercial property caseload, including:

• Sales and acquisitions
• Commercial leases
• Property development, including options, conditional contracts and promotion agreements
• Expanding opportunities in the renewable energy sector
• Advising local and national clients
• Business development, with full support from a dedicated marketing team

What You Need:

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
• At least two years PQE in commercial property law
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach
