Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your experience to automate finance-related processes, including accounts payable, invoice processing, payroll, and payment of invoices, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all operations.
  • Provide expertise in cost control, conducting thorough cost analysis, and supporting the FP&A function to enhance financial planning and decision-making.
  • Utilize your knowledge of finance operations best practices to streamline processes and improve overall financial management.
  • Oversee key financial functions, such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, driving initiatives that contribute to the overall financial health and performance of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in finance roles, particularly in cost control, cost analysis, and FP&A. Experience in automating finance processes is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of best practices in finance operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying inefficiencies in financial processes and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Experience with accounts payable, invoice processing, payroll, and paying invoices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
