A leading automotive dealership is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor. The role involves processing and upselling parts, building relationships and addressing technical questions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

Duties:

* Work within a busy aftersales department to handle customer parts requirements.

* Process and upsell parts, offering additional solutions to customers.

* Address technical requests using product identification aids.

* Build trustworthy and professional relationships with customers.

* Interact with customers visiting the premises.

* Meet the internal parts needs of the workshop team.

* Conduct market research and gather relevant industry information.

* Liaise with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Essential:

* Excellent customer service skills and strong administrative abilities.

* A positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

* Knowledge of the motor vehicle or automotive trade is a plus.

* Experience working towards performance targets.

* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

* A full driving licence is essential.
