Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Sales & Client Relations Manager to lead their sales and customer success teams in Colchester. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for new business development and account management within high-volume, consumable product sectors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, structured, and systems-oriented, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales and customer success teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop team members' skills in business development and account management.
Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging cross-functional collaboration between teams.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue across multiple product categories.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure effective prospecting and closing of deals.
Oversee account management processes to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
Ensure the customer success team delivers exceptional service, addressing client needs and identifying upsell opportunities.
Continuously improve sales and customer success processes for optimal efficiency and scalability.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product range and market trends, providing feedback for potential product improvements.
Monitor and report on sales performance, team KPIs, and customer success metrics to senior management.About You:

At least 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership and customer success management, ideally within high-volume, consumable product industries.
Strong organisational, structured, and systems-oriented approach to managing teams and processes.
Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Strategic thinker with the capability to balance short-term sales goals and long-term client success.
Proficient in ERP and CRM systems, leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a client-focused mindset.
